UNDERGRADUATE SUPPORT
Individual Essays || I will provide comprehensive feedback on the quality of your writing with a guaranteed 48-hour turnaround from the receipt of payment. I will provide guidance in developing and articulating your thesis, analyzing the argumentative structure of your work, and evaluating its effectiveness. My support also involves stylistic guidance and critique, including help with sourcing, sentence-level mechanics, clarity, tone, voice, and register. I will read your essay and then send you comprehensive written feedback in the form of line-by-line review and summative comments. Half- and Full-Term Academic Coaching and Writing Support || This is a comprehensive writing support and course tutoring service. I will provide detailed written and one-to-one video feedback on all of your writing coursework for an entire semester or academic year. I will guide you through the planning, drafting, and polishing of each assigned piece of writing you must submit. We will also agree in advance on a schedule of meetings to help you stay on top of your coursework. This service includes a guaranteed 24-hour turnaround from receipt of your drafts, though I will try to respond more quickly whenever possible. This service also includes unlimited email support.

This includes weekly scheduled video meetings (or as needed) and extensive written feedback on your work. In addition to guiding you through the writing process, I will help you to develop strategies for making your deadlines, managing stress, handling criticism, and overcoming writer’s block. Single Chapters (10,000 words or less) || I will provide comprehensive feedback on the quality of your writing with a guaranteed one-week turnaround from the receipt of payment. This service includes careful line-by-line review of your work as well as a summative report. I will help you to articulate your claims, structure and evaluate your argument, eliminate infelicitous phrasing and language, and achieve power and clarity of expression. I tailor this support to suit your needs at any stage of your writing process, from the drafting of outlines and proposals to submission for peer review. I am sensitive to the fact that writing is personal. I also understand how tricky and anxiety-inducing peer and supervisory relationships can be. This service is supportive and free of judgment.
